Clinical Documentation Cheat Sheets

Hello hello, future nurses! I hope everyone has been having an amazing summer. With Fall semester right around the corner, I thought I would share with you some amazing cheat sheets for documentation I have found. I WANTED SO BADLY TO UPLOAD MY CUSTOM DOC, but for some reason, it needs to be converted before attaching? *face palm*. So, once that is figured out, it WILL be shared with you all.

Instead of uploading my version of a "clinical cheat sheet", I have shared with you all the ones found among searching for the BEST. These individual documentation sheets are very different from each other, which is great, because you will hopefully find one that suits you BEST! I personally love them all, hence why I am sharing them. The documents cover head to toe assessment, scheduled procedures, hourly rounding notes, medications, discharge plans and so much more. You will be on the top of your game in clinical with these amazing cheat sheets.
